Food objects:

1. Pregnant mothers should drink it during the 7th to 10th month of pregnancy.

2. For adults or the elderly, one packet a day can be used for daily maintenance and conditioning.

3. A two-year-old child can take one packet a day; a one-year-old child can take half a packet a day; a six-month-old baby can take 1/3 packet a day after dilution.

4. When your baby starts to eat porridge or pasta, you can use nourishing original eel essence instead of broth, dilute it in a reduced amount and add it to non-staple food for cooking before eating.

Storage method: Store at room temperature, do not expose to direct sunlight

Heating method:

1. There is no need to open the inner bag, put it directly into the cup, pour hot water into the cup and let it warm for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour the essence into a bowl and drink.

2. Pour into a bowl and heat in microwave for 20 seconds
