▍Freight and shipping instructions

•Enjoy free shipping for orders over $1,100 (inclusive) at checkout (limited to the mainland of Taiwan)

•If the amount is less than $1100, a shipping fee of $150 will be charged. (not limited to low temperature or normal temperature)

•Home delivery: The delivery location is mainly in the mainland of Taiwan. If delivery to outlying islands is required, an additional shipping fee of $200 will be required for each order.

•In-store pickup at 7-11 stores (room temperature only):

1. If the total weight of the order is greater than 5KG or the size exceeds the supermarket's delivery specifications, you will be contacted and the order will be sent by home delivery at another time.

2. The goods must be picked up within 6 days of arrival at the store. When picking up the goods, be sure to bring documents with the same name as the consignee (such as ID card, health insurance card, driver's license). Those who fail to pick up the goods after the expiration date will need to bear the freight for re-shipping. $70.

•Self-pickup: If you want to come to pick up the goods, please call to confirm first. You are welcome to pick up the goods during working hours from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.


Payment Methods

•Online credit card: Credit card payment uses the Green World Technology third-party payment platform. During transmission, the card number filling page is encrypted by 256-bit SSL, and the SMS OTP is sent for decryption. It is highly secure and consumers can safely shop online with their card.

•Cash on delivery

•ATM transfer: When you choose ATM transfer, the system will automatically generate a dedicated virtual account. After the order is completed, the system will email the remittance information to the mailbox you filled in when purchasing. Please complete the remittance as soon as possible before the payment deadline. The system will automatically connect with the bank every hour for confirmation, and an order will be automatically generated after a successful transfer. (If the payment deadline is exceeded, please place a new order, and a new exclusive account will be generated)

▍Shipment arrangements

Shipment will be arranged within 2 working days after receiving the completed payment order. If there is insufficient inventory and shipment cannot be made, the shipment date will be negotiated with the orderer separately.


▍Instructions for returns and exchanges

If you find any defects or damage after receiving the goods or a shortage of accessories and need to return or exchange the goods, please contact customer service within 7 days after arrival and we will handle it for you as soon as possible.

Notes on returns and exchanges: Returned goods must keep their original packaging intact, that is, they must be restored to the original condition when you received the goods (including internal and external packaging, event gifts, etc.) to protect your shopping rights.

The following situations may affect your return rights:

•The 7-day viewing period has exceeded.

•You damaged the packaging of the product without affecting your inspection of the product.

•If the product has been opened or consumed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

•When returning goods with incomplete packaging or accessories, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

•You agree that other agents will receive the goods, resulting in damage, loss or alteration of the goods.

•If you have obtained a paper invoice, please return it when returning the product.

•Please package the returned goods properly. If the original carton is lost, please use other cartons to wrap the goods.

After you apply for a return or exchange, please take the initiative to ask for the documents from the freight staff and keep them until the return or exchange is completed to facilitate future inquiries. (The appreciation period specification is not applicable because the goods are perishable goods. According to the provisions of Article 2, paragraph 1, of the applicable guidelines for reasonable exceptions to the right to terminate communications transactions, the application of Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply.
